Night fear (sleep terror) and nightmare (fearful dream) are two similar but similar. The fear of sleep is much more noisy, dramatic, more frightening for the family. The reason for this is that when REM is awakened from sleep (nightmare in REM sleep), it can be remembered on the day after the incident, but it cannot be remembered when awake from deep REM sleep.
